Depends on how you define opportunity...
Because all 32 teams had the opportunity to sign any of the roaming back-up QBs... but Josh McCown (like a lot of the roaming back-up QBs) wanted a chance to start.
After McCown did well with the Bears, he got a chance to be the starter with the Bucs, then he got the chance to be the starter with the Browns, then the chance to be the starters with the Jets...
Would he take a back-up job over a chance to start?
