From what we have heard the new GM might be more open
to adding talent from the FA market.
I know many think the team is way short on talent, and in some cases I can't argue that, but for a overall stand point there are good bone's to build off of.
The best comment Inheard from G was I want competition at every level every spot so no one is comfortable where they are. That someone will take your job if you don't.
What I hope with these changes we see system flexibility fitting the pieces they have.
I really don't think Capers did much of that. And from the stuff posted the new D.C. Being called blunt force trauma is a very good thing for the younger players.
I'm glad these hires and changes have been done early.
It gives the new coaches time to evaluate the players and how they fit before FA and then the draft.
They still need a Recievers coach, Dline coach and Linebacker coach, be that inside, outside or both.
Those hires are nearly as important as the OC and D.C.
No matter what the last two year have been derailed by injury, luck has to change for that.
And maybe this is all the team needs.
Not everyone and I'm not just talking here is thrilled with the changes, and for some of it it is understandable. But I also think the team talent wise is better then a lot of fans think.
And the changes will show up right away in a very big way.
It's going to be exciting.
