Not terrible but not as good as the last few years.
How much do you think picking a prospect is based on what they are now and then what they can become?
As examples I'll use Hawk as a what he is and Davenport as to
what he can become.
Both had and have the ability to come in and play right away.
Both will be top half of the first round picks.
I have saw mocks with Davenport going as early as seven so a pretty good comparison.
Hawk came from a big school NFL ready and no matter how much you loved or hated him he had a good career. Not the difference maker u expect where he was pickled but still the all time Packers leader in tackles.
So my real question is how much does or doesn't potential weight into making a pick early in the draft matter to u?
Play it safe or go for the difference maker with some time?
