I say work board both ways, all depending on your talent rankings.
If there is no one you want at a spot move out, get extra swings.
If there is someone you want and you feel is worthy of moving up, do it, I just don't see doing it in the top two thirds of the first.
It costs too much.
You can throw out the value chart for a top 20 pick and anything higher? It will effect your team for years. Specially if who you move up for doesn't become what a high pick should.
Well just look here at the prices paid last year.
