While I do suppose Cobb has more years left than Nelson, it has appeared to me over the years that whenever Nelson has been out of the lineup, Cobb struggled greatly. While when Cobb was out, Nelson still produced. Based on that, I'd keep Nelson.
I think the greatest likelihood is that they both stay this year, and this is both of their last year on the team. Nelson might hang on for one or two more years beyond 2018 - I think it will be "GB or retire" for him, so he might hang around for a year or two more a la Driver. Cobb, I think, is gone after this year - I expect he'll want (and get) a really big contract, and IMO GB would be wise not to pay it - they can find better for the kind of $$$ I expect he'll get...
WR corps will look VERY different in 2019 and beyond.
