For me I think the exit interviews and how the season went, with public comments by players forced all the moves.
With all the injuries the lack of backups drove TT’s exit.
The change in management structure for me was driven by TT not making moves.
The GM still has full roster, team control, but now Murphy is a arbitrator for any flustration.
My thinking is MM wanted more moves and there was some comment on that out there but TT was TT.
Another Capers nail I think the final one, was the comments by the Panther offensive players after the game. Where they burned the team.
Should Capers have been gone before this, yes he most likely should have been.
I can’t wait to see who stands out in the new defense. Players that you never thought of being a big part of the defense will be and some that were will be gone.
