The only thing he's done is used his speed to go around the blocker, but in the NFL they're faster than smaller schools colleges.
He'll still be good but in certain LBers roles that would have to deal with stacking and shedding blockers he'll have problems.
That being said, other speed LBs have that same exact problem, due to the fact they don't like being physical and dealing with blockers.
But Griffin is a physical speed LBer, who'll have the problem for a different reason... though important to note is that it's only one side and might be able to grab and yank going one direction.
