I agree about it being a state of mind, and good for you guys that have avoided issues. You have to play the hand dealt. Despite my issues I still exercise (off the elliptical now tho til me ribs heal), so just walking. Normally I do an hour on the elliptical or walk for an hour fifteen. I am very conscious about my diet, but will enjoy as well. I am60, and still at 5í10 185. Weight is ok, developing a small belly I donít like tho lol.
