Usually the standard is 2 very good starters and it's a good draft and 3 very good starters and it's a great draft.
And as for starting right away, how well has that worked for our recent 2nd rounders? Only WR Adams is starting and none of the recent 3rd rounders... a couple of 4th rounders with Martinez, Ryan, Bak and Tretter.
I think drafts are more for the long term, not right away... as your picking guys that have potential but need to develop first.
