LaFleur says he builds everything about the players he's got, but his background is heavy in outside zone blocking and zone blocking, and getting a running game going including passes to the RB.
Which sets up a lot of other stuff, including some motions and free releases down the field, which with the right QB/WRs can be huge.
I'd say the Falcons Super Bowl offense, might give the best tell, because that's been the best QB he's had to work with. But more recently worked with the Rams offense.
