And Hackett has had basically nothing at QB, and yet he has winning seasons because of great rushing attacks (and defense).
But Hackett got a 9-7 season in the 2014 Bills with Kyle Orton and EJ Manuel at QB... then his boss Doug Marrone tried a power move on the Bills new owners which back fired and they went to the Jags... where with Blake Bortles they put up 44 in the strong Ravens defense, 45 points on the Steelers in the playoffs, and where 5 points from beating the Patriots for a trip to the Super Bowl.
This graphic shows his dad on the Bill Walsh Tree which lead to MM and the Grudens and Jim Harabaugh. Where LeFleaur comes from the Shanahan line. Sean McVay mixed the two and got the Rams going pretty well.
Now the Packers are missing the stud power RB that LeFleur and Hackett have had at most of their stops, but with the exception of maybe Matt Ryan, their QB is other worldly better than anyone else they have gotten to coach.
I wouldn't be the least surprised to see them draft a power runner high in the draft.
