I think all the Safeties listed there are SS.... Boston has always been in zone schemes. Though Collins is instintive enough he can play FS too, but not athletic enough for single high.
First focus would be Edge Rusher, trying to resign Matthews and Wilkerson to reasonable deals, then releasing Perry before he gets his big bonus on the 3rd day of the new year to save money.
Ask LaFleur about his former OGs, as he has a couple that are FAs, one from the Rams, I Titans and two from Falcons. Sign at least one of them.
Wait for the very talented defensive front player to fall to #12 when they would probably be top 8 in other years... just too many of them year not to fall. I'm most interested in Ferrell right now.
The late first round is a wild area with mocks being all over the place... but I've general been looking at the defensive front again (our entire defensive front got injured and most are in contract years soon, it talent at the position is expected to fall more than normal due to the depth). But also looking at the top offensive guys too.
2nd round, that's where I have been looking at offensive play maker, there is something about RB Josh Jocobs, Alabama that has caught my eye, he's verstility in about every way, having very good quickness, power, hands, can juke tacklers, good hands to catch the ball and I think Nick Sabian said he has the best vision of any RB he has coached. He's extrmemely well rounded which is what I think we will be looking for.
