When enough players talk about a guy in the locker room you get a small general picture... and I agreed with the players so I don't it's worded as if I disagreed with them.
I just think Finley talks A LOT, and never add much new to the conversations, where players that retired before him such as LeRoy Butter and KGB talk a lot less and surprisingly add more new stuff.
Also in my opinion, KGB seemed to be talking about personalities. And I agree with what he (and you) said... Rodgers personality comes off worse.
The only time I really remember disagreeing with what players said about lockerroom where
1) Vikings WR Jennings original comments,,, which didn't make sense until Driver stepped in with a middle of the road explaining some of it.
Basically when a WR screwed up, Favre would lie to the coaches and take the blame for giving that route signal and giving the WR protection from the coaches, where Rodgers would tell the truth and WRs would have to deal with the coaches... so Jennings felt like Rodgers threw them under the bus.
I personal can't blame either style, because one one protected his teammates (which is good and sets up trust/bond), the other told the truth to the coaches (which is good and sets up accountiblity)
2) TE Mark Chmura went off on a rant on one of the current locker rooms... with all due respect, I don't know if he's ever met the current Packers players and I'm not sure an adult in a hot tub with 16 year olds for Prom should be the one giving others moral outrage stuff.
