Last year no one knew what was going to happen.
I think it would be a consensus that the team has a QB.
This year a new RB1 with a OLine that needs help inside.
The other side of the ball has a new Boss and mostly new staff.
In an interview with the Rock he had this to say.

We’re going to attack. We want to lead the league.
Kind of different than the last two DC’s with well you need to do this first.
Attack that’s the ticket.
It was said we needed a really good coaching job for the Offense to have a winning season in 2023.
There was talk of hot seats, the GM can’t draft , top 5 draft picks and which QB to take.
Those notions need to be locked in a basement some place with a constant loop playing the Bears Super Bowl Shuffle.
The talent level and experience is higher on the Defensive side compared to the 2023 Offense and more talent will be added.
The team got on a roll and exceeded what most of us thought.
The GM needs to get the holes filled and the coaches have to start all over again with what will be one of the youngest rosters in the
NFL.
The big leg up for this team is going to the NFC Championship game.
That experience is priceless.
It’s going to be good.
