Then stand to your glasses, steady; Here's a health to those we prize. Here's a toast to the dead already, And here's to the next who dies. By CAPT. Patrick Thorpe, Kentucky

Little Big Man came to my house many years ago, and wanted to join up with our club, the 2nd generation of the Widowmakers. We wore the red bonners in those days. He had just had a brand new rifle built, and he showed it to me. It was a cap lock. I said Mannnnn, we only shoot flintlocks in our club. He said he understood and wished he knew that before he had his caplock made. Around two months latter, he showed up with another new rifle. It was a flintlock this time. Thats how much he wanted to join.
Now, I have been waiting to post this, hoping for a better ending. Its hard, and I dont know if I made the right decision on this, but here it is.
Mrs Little Big Man/Dorthey has, a few days ago, passed away from her fight with cancer. I have been in contact with Little Big Man for a few months now, and the ups and downs he has went through. A couple of times it looked like she was gonna make it through all this. I and others know how she was a fighter on any subject. She fought her last battle, laughing on the phone with me, and remembering some of the past Rendezvous we all went to. There is a special place in Heaven for her.
This has hit Little Big Man like a freight train, as they were together for over 25 years. My prayers are with both of them. Lizard!
