Thank you for getting back to me. I know how frustrating the computer is. I retired from a major phone corporation (which will remain nameless) last year. I had the pleasure of working in the department that tested the DSL lines. I was so disgusted with sales promising the moon when we serviced so many areas that were not even capable of having it yet. And when they did finally get it, there were so many calls to repair over and over again. I think that's just so WRONG. But, of course, I was told for the 1000 calls we did get that were not working, 10 times that many were. I just happened to be in the department that handled the "problems". I can't stand acronyms (ISP, DSL, etc.) I'm scarred for life (ha). I hope you have everything under control and working soon. Maybe there's a spell for some kind of good computer karma?
