This is a Dell laptop computer that was purchased in early May. It came with Vista, and if I remove Vista and replace it with XP, my warrenty will no longer be valid. So I will wait until the warrenty runs out before I go back to XP.
It came with 516kp of RAM, which according to Dell is not even enough memory to operate Vista. I asked them why they'd sell a computer in that condition and was met with silence. They suggested that I purchace another 516k of RAM, but I bought 1 GB instead, because I just had an overwelming feeling that I would have more problems if I didn't. I am still paying off my credit card for that as I can only afford to send them 10 dollars a month if I want to have enough money to eat.
I've searched my computer to find out what CPU I have, but no results show up. As far as over heating is concerned, the computer has no problems in that area, and is only slightly warm.
