I've put a lot of thought into your dream, my feeling on this is that you have a fear of doing the wrong thing. maybe its your upbringing that is interfering. I do believe that it was a warning to a degree because magick should be done with perfect love & perfect trust. does this make any sense to you?
It's like your intent is pure but you fear you may manipulate a situation.
I realize that dream interpretation is usually your forte, but it may be to close personally for you to get a clear understanding, remove yourself from the feeling and look at it again.
