I was raised Southern Baptist, but have studied with several religious groups in my life. I had labeled myself a professional visitor. It never set right with me that religions would make fun of each other in Sunday School and they all thought "only they" were going to heaven. I now call myself a Born-again Pagan. Through dreams I have had visitors that have led me to the path that I am on now. In the year 2000, I dreamt I told a Jewish woman I was Celtic. She told me that was not a good thing to be. Dreams of following "Judas" have turned out to be Druids, not Judas. Women have always showed up in my dreams to tell me things about family. The last one that showed up put a fire into my left hand that burned eternal. It was when I was angry at God for not making the world "good". After studying, I've deemed it was Brighid -- for I am a poet and a writer (if only for myself). Since this awakening of "feminine" spirit in me or Goddess, if you will, everything has changed in me...for the good. It also didn't hurt that about 5 years ago, I met a true witch. My reaction even surprised me. I suddenly felt "reverent" and wanted to hold her hand. Strange, strange connection. She couldn't look me in the eye, I made her tremble. She led me to books and my study. She has since moved away and I look for fellowship on this website. I currently believe I am eclectic because I feel strongly toward the Druid, yet believe the "harm ye none" rede to be good. I am also TRYING to be a garden witch. Much studying in that area (me of the black thumb 
). It is wonderful to know you all.
