I call it being in the desert, I think as long as we walk this earth plane, we cant stay spiritually connected 100% of the time. life shows up and things happen. I go with the flow & know its ok to be exactly where I am, I use beat myself up for it and just made things worse. I will usually spend more time outside and clear myself from the mundane problems, thats usually when it happens, too much going on at one time, then move forward. I guess I just look at it as if I need to take a breather so I can get my running jump.
