What both of you said makes complete sense. I want to take a moment to say hello to the newest member of our family...Minea! Welcome to the Cottage! 
Your English is perfect. If you didn't say anything, I wouldn't have known it wasn't your first language!
Know that I look back, I don't know what I was thinking, as I was breaking the very rule I've told countless others to do, and that's to not take in people who don't have any means of support, are lazy, or crazy, because once they get their foot in the door, they never leave. As this woman is in her late 50's and dosen't even have enough possessions to fit in a suit case, you have to wonder how she got to that point considering she has two children over 25.
But when we'd have tea she'd start crying about how scared and alone she felt, and kept asking me if she could use the things I offered in that letter (my shower because her's was broken, my phone, computer, etc. And speaking of that letter, I put it under her door, but so a piece of it would stick out, and actually took it back 4 times for some reason. My gut just told me so.
Then she came over crying again about having no place to stay, and would I let her stay here for a few days, use my phone (it's a LAN line, not a cell phone like she had) and on and on. I lent her a very expensive portable stereo, and several other things. Then out of no where, I got an overwhelming feeling that I should get them back about 2 weeks after I lent them to her. It's a good thing I did or I'd never have seen them again. I know she really loved that stereo. She offered to trade me a T shirt for it. "Are you crazy? I said "That stereo is worth over 3 hundred dollars, and you want to trade me a 5 dollar T shirt for it? Not bloody likely!"
Thank the powers that be, she didn't take me up on my offer, or I don't know what I'd do!!! I totally forget about these weird things she'd say about how "they" (the police) were following her, and she could see them writing notes in a pad. She stole 2 bikes and said that the police put them out on purpose, just so they can arrest you "That's why I didn't take the best bike."
She obviously suffers from paranoid delusions. And you're also right about nutcases being able to scope out places with a good feeling. I think it's time to do some protective, selective and repelling magick. And I think I'll give my mothering instincts of always wanting to help everyone a rest, except here
.
Perfect...I just held my Book of Shadows up on it's spine and let it fall open. The page it opened to is the spell I used to get yet another VERY crazy (and highly dangerous) woman to move out of a large house I used to live in 12 years ago. Says the spell only took 15 days to work.
