I don't understand. I already said I'm keeping a dream journal. Actually, I've been keeping dream journals for over 20 years. I use a new book every year. Do you mean do I think other people should start keeping dream journals? If that's what you mean, then YES, absolutely! I started keeping a journal when I was in my teens, but it took a few years before I really got serious about it. At first if I woke up from a dream that seemed really long, I wouldn't write it down thinking that I'd remember it in the morning, but when I woke up I'd either remember nothing, or just a few fragments. How old are you?
