Hello all. i have a few questions about a new practice i have found. If you have heard of god form assumption than this is fairly simaler to that.
While i was practicing god form assumption (it is to long to explain here for those of you who dont know... srry 8>(,,,) I got distracted and thought of my dog, and began feeling my self, my astral self that is, falling o the ground and when i actually took a moment to see, my astral form was that of a dog!
When i realized this, i began to have strange urges, wanting to run and jump. And strangest of all, i felt a raw undefined power inside me, like something thats has been touched by very few others. and as i continued on with the ritual i was performing ( i thought nothing of it, my dog being my spirit animal , i thought maybe she was assisting me)i felt a surge of extra energy like nothing i have felt before when i released my own into the spell. Almost as soon as i was done with the ritual, there was a knock on my door, and who would be at the door? The friend i was performing the ritual to come into contact with again.
This is not to odd if you are an adept, but i have been a solatary witch for all my years, and as we were talkin i realised my astral form was still that of a dog after closing my circle! so i excused my self and reformed my astral self into, well, myself.
Soon after, i thought on it and tried with no magickal intent to take the form of a panther. I managed to take the form of the animal again and felt the same raw power as before, olny this time it was affecting my phisical body as well. I dont mean changes in hair color, or shape, but my sense of smell and hearing were much more acute than before. Ex. i could not smell what my girlfriend was cooking on the other side of the house a few seconds before, but now i could almost tell you what she was putting into it!
There is much more that occured but none of it very interesting. if you would like more info about what happend you may email me at the adresse on the post. But if possible at all can anyone tell me what this might be?
