I have to send my 'CRAPTOP' computer back to the depot...for the FOURTH time!!!! 
How can it be that, by FAR, the most expensive computer I've ever had, is also the crappiest piece of sh@t I've ever used in my entire life? I haven't even had it for a year yet!! What's wrong with this stupid thing? Every time I get it back, it works great for a few months, then old and new problems begin to happen.
Among about 5 other problems, the new problem is that I'll just be reading something online or doing work off line, and it will just shut itself off in a split second! No "Your computer is shutting down" notice just working normally to turning off faster than you can flick on a light switch. I'M SO SICK OF THIS PIECE OF CRAP!!!!! And the same problem that I spent up to 4 HOURS on the phone with different technicians doing all sorts of stuff is still happening. That being that wether my computer will actually connect to the internet is just dumb luck, since it usually dosen't connect.
Due to this non connection problem, I've bought brand new phone lines and adapters 3 times, and even had my phone company install new jacks! And since for whatever reason, they sold these laptops without enough RAM to even run the system Vista (yuk) For crying out loud, DON'T even THINK about installing Vista on your computer. Even the technicians from Dell all said that they all removed it and went back to XP, and the guy I just spoke to suggested I do the same thing once the warrenty expires.
Anyway, sorry for ranting, but I'm super pissed off. I'm sick of constantly talking to technicians and running tests that can take up to 2 hours! Last week I lost 15 new essays for my web site while I was trying to upload them. The machine turned off, and the whole file was gone! And the technicians tried everything to restore it but had no luck.
I have some work to do before I send it back, but I will be doing it either this, or next week. So, once again, I'll be off line for a while.
