sounds like she needs psychological help, its probably a good thing that she self medicates with the pot.
Anyway, back to your dilemma, start blessing her every chance you get, in your prayers, to her face whenever you think about her, that will help you with the feeling you get from her. You send out positive energy and it comes back, making you feel light and able to put up better shields around you.
You opened a door by being nice to her, even a smile would have done it, now you need to close it & seal it shut. What I would do is cut the ties in a ritual,(the New Moon is in Aries on Sat., Saturn's day, this would be a good day to do it, Jupiter's hours on sat is 4am 11am 6 pm.) see the cord that connects her to you and gently cut it seeing it go back to her and sealing itself and your going back to you and sealing itself, then put your shield on everyday.
This should help, this is a lot more effective that a binding and if push comes to shove, you could do a banishing, that would be a last resort for me.
