Your problem is almost EXACTLY the same as one we had here 3 years ago, and again last year. In both cases the women were mid to late 50's, one constantly smoked pot, the other drank all day. One woman was a mild sociopath (a person that can do hurtful things and feel absolutely no remorse of any kind), the drinker was bi polar (for a while very energetic and upbeat. Super chatty, out going and chatty to the point of being manic, can even be charming, then completely different. They keep to themselves, suffer acute depression, often suffer from various delusions of persacution, paranoid;etc). And though they both lived here at different times, they lived in the same apartment next to the stairs. They both had no friends, and both tried desperately to pick up the men on my floor. And instead of standing behind their door, both of them left them open (except when the bi polar woman was having a 'down episode'). How weird is that?
The only thing I knew was that they both absolutely HATED me. They'd stare at me with faces filled with anger and bitterness, one even used to shout horrible names at me the entire time I was in the hall, despite the fact that I made no eye contact with, or ever spoke or awknowledged them in any way. I had no idea what torture them men were going threw except when they were with me, as we were all friends and hung out at my place or went out for a drink or coffee.
Anyway, I came out of my place a few times and wondered why 2 of my male friends would go down the back steps, when they lived closer to the front ones and it lead to the street, while the ones they went down lead to my garden. I asked them why and found out they were in your situation.
They obviously knew I was into new age stuff, as it's pretty hard to miss 2 giant altars and an entire bookshelf of book about Witchcraft, Wicca, Meditation, Healing with herbs etc. Anyway, one day I got a know at my door and all 4 of them asked if they could have a word with me. To make a long story short, they said they noticed my new age stuff and asked if I could do some kind of spell to help them. Here's what I did:
I decided that powder power was the way to go as the results, if it worked, would be almost immediate. First I took 3 sticks of incense that makes me feel pleasant and relaxed. When there was no chance of anyone seeing me, I took it into the hall and VERY slowly walked widdershins (counter clockwise)around the entire hall. I went counter clockwise to 'undo' the negative feeling in the hall and replace it with a nice feeling, saying a short chant to that effect as I walked. When I reached a door, I drew a pentacle in the air in front of it, and continued until I did it to every door, and repeated it deosile (clockwise) and came in.
Then I mixed together equal amounts of;
cayenne pepper
3 black peppercorns
(pepper is great at getting rid of negativity)
salt (to clease it out) &
lavender as a gentle blessing.
I made a chant that went something like;
"You will now use halls to come and go.
Not to chat, make friends, or foe.
By the powers that be, I make it so.
To come and go is what halls are for,
And to be safe, you'll close your door.
No more will you shout or chat,
By the powers that be, that is that.
This is my wish, and others too
(blow the powder at her door)
From this moment on, that's what you'll do."
The chant I really did was much better, but I can't find it in my BOS 
. If there is a ledge above her door, put some powder on scotch tape and stick it to the top, so no one will ever see it. I also did the same thing to one of the womens front door mat.
I got the guys together and guided them in erecting super strong shlields by using 'guy type' metaphors like, 'pretend you're surrounded in Armor All, or wearing an invisible suit of armor that NOTHING can get through. Pay no attention to the woman whatsoever, don't make eye contact, if it helps, pretend you're talking on your cellphone or listening to music and wear headphones that are easy to see, and go down the FRONT stairs.
The next day, you wouldn't have had a clue that they even lived there. 1 woman got kicked out by the sheriff at the end of that month. The other woman moved out 3 months later. We didn't even know until we saw the new tenant. In other words, it worked like a charm. That's what I love about using powders, they work so fast.
Be strong, and don't have the slightest doubt in your mind that it won't work. As you do it, have a crystal clear picture of EXACTLY what you want to happen. I'd venture to guess it would be a hallway that never had that woman in it.
