How do you pronounce your name? Anyway, I can tell you are still a beginner and haven't read the essay on my web site Spells! Spells! Spells!. I suggest you read that as it will put things into better perspective for you, and teach you how to create a spell on your own for YOUR specific situation, not one that was designed specfically for someone going through something that involved an older woman, with no friends, that is suffering from a mental illness.
