First of all, don't let others intimidate you by thinking its easy for them while your struggling. Relax, breath, ask and let yourself go, see what comes up and ask it what it is and what it represents. it takes time and those who say it doesn't are lying to themselves. The craft is a lot of hard studding and work, many are called but few are chosen, it takes years to get where things become simple, but never just easy. life shows up around us and we have things on our minds, its learning to let go of the mundane and let the spirit world guide you. If you keep saying or seeing something in your mind, it will manifest, cut yourself some slack and enjoy life beyond your 5 senses.
