You know the 'ol 'chill out' ritul of putting either a picture of them or their name in the freezer was going to be my other suggestion! 
You and I have taken the words out of each others mouths on so many occasions it's incredible. I swear we've had some kind of dealings in another life. Were just WAY to similar in the way we think. And in all the years I've had a forum and a web site(11), I have NEVER come across anyone with the same outlook as me. Actually, that's also true in real life. From now on I consider you my 'soul sister' (if you don't mind)
