Hi Celeste. I simply mentally talk to my entities. I don't use any fancy stuff... just mentally talk to them and intuitively perceive their answers.
A couple of the entities whom I have spoken to are Thoth , Ishtar , Enki , Enlil , Asmodus (Geotic) , Forneus (Goetic) ... and some others.
I don't use any steps. I just randomly ask my entities. I speak to them when I am using the computer or eating my meals... anytime anywhere as long as I am not doing any task that requires my full attention.
