You said you haven't practice much lately, but you do healing spells. have you been healing on someone that has has some demonic energy on them? I'm not asking if you have done an exorcism, but working on someone who has a big problem with drugs, drinking, sexual addictions, things like that carry a demonic energy to them, it gets cozy in there and when you start to mess with it and aren't trained in clearing, it could come after you, especially if something happen to put any doubt or fear in your mind. If you give me more info on what happened, I can be more specific on what you need.
