My craptop screen is jiggling back and forth really fast so I can bearly see what I'm typing. Sad news, my ass of a landlord found out that the garden was mine and hired someone to weed wack the whole thing. I had a panic attack when I when out to water it and it wasn't there. Luckily most of what I planted will just keep growing back unless you manually remove them by the roots. I'm just pretending it didn't happen and somehow managed to put a protective shield over, under and around it that is so strong it was actually visible to me. So visible I actually walked up to it and touched it as I'd never erected a shield that strong. I could feel my hand quiver the second it touched it (in a good way). I'm hoping I won't have any more problems with that.
As for my 'craptop', by simply being polite to people who clearly are used to people yelling at them, they kept extending my warrenty that ended in april! And get this...ready? I called because of this weird screen thing and the technician said he had to talk to his supervisor. He got back on the phone and said that the subpervisor said he wanted to know "What I wanted". Is it me, or is that a weird question for a technical operator to ask? Anyway, I said "I just want to fix my computer."
THERE GIVING ME A BRAND NEW COMPUTER! And instead of the same model, they said that because of all the problems and how nice I was, their giving me an updated computer worth more than 300 hundred dollars than this one! I can't WAIT to get it, and when the guy told me I just burst into tears of happiness and relief as I thought I would be stuck with this, which is just about to explode. My eyes are getting sore from these wierd lines that are jiggling on the screen. Anyway,I asked to speak to the supervisor and just gushed with appreciation. I still can't believe it's true. There is a lesson to be learned from this. If you ever have to phone a company with a complaint,keep in mind that the person you're talking to is not personally responsible for the problem. They didn't break into your home in the middle of the night and break whatever it is, so please treat them kindly. After all, they are there to help you. And if this dosen't show you that kindness isn't the best way to deal with complaints of anykind, I don't know what is.
I'm also having connection problems, so I can't stay on longer than about 15 minutes before I get cut off, and can't really read anything and have very limited use of my mouse or touch pad, so you may not hear from me for awhile.
I can't take this screen problem any longer so I have to go. I can't wait to tell you about my incredible solstice ceramony and day.
