Glad I could help! Thank you Chrystal Wolf for clarifying something I did not mention. What little I have done or practiced in the use of energy has taught me not to use "my" energy, but the energy that surrounds us. I am a very elemental person and have a great love for nature and "green" things. When projecting energy it helps me to visualize that the energy is rising out of the ground and the plants surrounding me. It then courses through my feet and my hands. I then imagine I am a crystal that amplifies that energy and sends it back out through my head where it pours down creating the shield. All the while it feeds back into the ground to come back through me to be amplified even more. I hope this helps you with your own shielding.
