My favorite spellbook is a little volume called "The Only Wiccan Spellbook You'll Ever Need" by Marian Singer and Trish MacGregor. It's definetly a beginner's text, with general information about the witchcraft side of wicca. It's short enough that I think it cuts out a good amount of B.S. I got it for my birthday so it has a certain amount of sentimental value to back it up, but I think it's prolly better suited for teens and children than anything specifically tailored for them.
