Has anyone else ever noticed that with most spellbooks, 50% of the spells described within are about getting love? And generally speaking, the other 50% is about getting money. Obviously this is not entirely true, but WHY does every book on the craft need an entire section devoted to romantic magick?! Not even reference tables either...just spell after spell after spell. If we need a hundred pages of them, they must not be very effective!
It's for this exact reason that I only keep 2 published spellbooks, and use them as reference only...any magick I do I craft myself. But there's still problems...
Awhile ago I made a post about Earth Hour. What I wanted to do that night was perform an Earth Healing spell, or something along those lines. But no book I can find references any tools that might be used in such a rite...no gemstones, herbs, nothing. I didn't know where to start!
So if anyone would be willing to share what they personally do magickally to honour the Earth, it would be much appreciated! Or even what you do mundanely to honour the Earth...afterall, some of the most important things we do, we do without magick.
