Again. I wish that I had a more formal answer for you. But, I bond with nature in a very informal and personal manner.
First, I try not to be wasteful. I don't like to use more of a natural resource than I have to. I recycle. I refuse to litter. And, other little stuff like that.
I also share my energy with the trees, the grass, and the wind. There is no formal ceremony for this either. I just open myself and let go.
Of course, I draw in energy as I release it. The point is sacrifice. It's spiritual bonding.
