YAY! As a useless, internet-addicted teenager, I know what all these terms mean! I'm useful!
Facebook is a social networking site where people set up their profiles and keep a compiled list of other peoples profiles, via a 'friends list.' It's used to keep in touch with people you don't see that often, as well as to share news and pictures with large amounts of people at a time. This process has come to be called 'facebook-stalking.'
A blog is little more than an online diary that anyone is welcome to read. Sometimes they are literally just a diary, but sometimes they are written with a specific subject in mind. For example, Slap Upside the Head is a wonderful, professional blog dedicated to Gay Rights News Stories. Some blogs have artwork as well as the written word, and some people keep 'vlogs'...which is a blog in video form. Many site owners also have blogs these days, which is prolly why people think you have one...a blog dedicated to witchcraft!
YouTube (u toob) is another extremely popular site that was originally created for people who make their own original short films. But, over the years, it's been used for everything from music videos, news stories, actual television shows, to, you guessed it, vlogs. You once said you've been in the news, so perhaps this person found your news story on YouTube and mistakingly thought it was 'modeling'? XD
These things are a huge part of my day-to-day life so its so odd explaining them
But I hope I was helpful
Blessings
