If I had multiple LIKE spells that I wanted to cast, I would find some way to combine them into one spell that covered all of the topics that I wanted covered. Remember that spells are like recipes in a cookbook. Drastically changing them will get you a compltely different result than what was originally intended. But, it's okay to tweak them to make a spell unique to your desires.
I don't advise doing spells of different natures in the same circle. You don't want conflicting energies to weaken the potence of either spell. Nor, do you want to create something that is completely different from what either of the spells was intended for. It would be like cooking a turkey and baking a cake in the same oven at the same time. Juat imagine what that would smell and taste like.
Generally, what I do is cast a circle. Do my spellwork. Break the circle. Then, cleanse the ground. Then, if I need to do another spell, I will be starting from scratch, guaranteeing the quality that I expect.
