If you have a circle set up, then use it. You can cast as many spells as you want in that circle. Just cleanse the circle of remaining energy from the previous spells in the circle as a sort of 'reset' button. This way, there's little chances of energies of spells corrupting each other. You can simply spray purified water or salt solution into the air of the circle or do some visualization of a cleansing white light cleansing the circle and the space within it or whatever quick methods you can think of.
Some people do go to the extend to setup some sort of 'permanent circle' by warding their spaces so they can just do their magick anytime without needing to cast a circle because it already got fixed up before hand. Do note that these wardings need to be renewed once in a while. If you sense that your warding is wearing out, it's better to proceed to rebuild it.
