Guys i\m screwed again. My road leads no where, and its like my shoulders are still attached to me... I am happy to say that i have learned to meditate outside and that i cannot meditate at all if my eyes are open.

I talked it over with my mom and her idea is that maybe my road isn't finished yet, but i am on the right path. However she didn't know what to say about the shoulders being attached to me. I ask if you guys can share any stories or tips... maybe its just a phase i'm stuck in?
