What Do You Call Your Book?

This is just a question of curiosity. I've noticed that some people call their Book of Shadows a "Book of Shadows and Light" and I'm interested in hearing the reasoning or point of view behind this. I'm guessing it's because they are trying to portray the idea that their book contains Esbat info (thus shadows) and Sabbat info (thus light), but I've always just used the term "Book of Shadows" because you can't have shadows without light anyway, right? Anyway, if you use the other term, please share your views on why you chose it.
