Hi Jaidyn, I've never hears that before, there's always so many ways of doing things. Personally, I will burn it after it is no use to me anymore, its not the persons soul in the poppet, just the disease 
I always, and I mean ALWAYS add in Perfect Love & Perfect Trust with Help to Many and Harm to None at the end of EVERYTHING I do. Its always sent out for the persons higher purpose, its not up to us to say or question what the other person is suppose to go through.
