I absolutely agree that one should be in tune with nature, and the changes it goes through in the seasons. I just think one can do that without the sabbats specifically. To me it seemed like saying that to truly appreciate winter, you have to celebrate Christmas. So I guess you can see why I was somewhat baffled .
