The walls are a very, very light blue with white stripes, and cream-carpeted floors. The hallway is thin, and there's no furniture in either room. The lighting is like something from the twilight zone...no shadows, but somehow very dim. No windows or lamps that I can see, so I'm not sure what's lighting the place. Like I said: Twilight Zone.
The friend has very short brown hair, somewhat wavy. He's wearing jeans and a coat over a plain shirt. Dull colours; nothing about him stands out. Except for the fact that he is very, very dead.
I never DO see the man's face, so I can't be sure they aren't the same person. I don't think they're dressed the same, but like I said, nothing about their appearances stand out so it's hard to remember. All I know is that the corpse is called 'the friend.'
The environment is completely alien to me. The whole dream is, which is why it's bothering me...it's like it's not even mine. My dreams are usually very colourful, very long, and my nightmares are much zanier 
The room seems to be familiar to the man. As far as I can tell the man isn't particularly disturbed by any of this, or even surprised.
Now that I think of it, I don't think the man had a relection in the mirror.
