I have to say protection and knowledge is best for things like this. I'm sure the amulet that you found on Celeste's web site will work, she really knows her stuff & wouldn't have put it on here if it didn't 
Thought form has a lot to to with it also, if you think your going to get sick, your probably right. Best defense, see yourself healthy and eat right, take universal precautions & know the symptoms so if you do get it, you will know to get to a doctor to take care of yourself.
