Illness and unwellness is part and parcel of human life. Everyone is afraid of H1N1 and unwellness. Who would want themselves to be unwell for most of us.
If you don't feel well, go see a doctor.
From an energetic level, illnesses are caused by abnormalities in the energy field. Specific and well refined energy can be introduced to correct the abnormalities.
I would like to advise others to live life as it is, do not worry too much about pandemics. The emotions can affect our immune systems and energy levels which can make us more vulnerable.
Which amulet or magick should protect you from illness or pandemics ? Everyone of them is unique and also the effectiveness depends on the user and maker.
I agree with the others, if you have an illness go for a doctor. But a bit of magick may help. Don't be too distress or worried about all these fears of whatever flu. Just lead a normal life as it is.
