Absolutely!
The same way symbols of death don't always (in fact, rarely) mean physical death, a pregnancy may not mean physical pregnancy. It may mean a new beginning, or even just the potential for a new beginning. Or perhaps a major change in your life is brewing. The only person who can really know is you.
If I may ask, what methods of divination are you using? Scrying, obviously, but what else?
