I agree wotih both Inujade and Thotheolh.
If I had to take a stab in the dark, I would say that the dream is less about being pregnant and more about a new life rising from the ashes of the old life (which is why you are on fire).
But, I could be WAY off. Your dreams are translated by your psyche into a language that you understand. Consider what the different elements of thye dream represent. Put it together like a puzzle.
You might also consider getting a reading done. That may help alert you to aspects of your life that you weren't paying attention to before.
