I was wondering at what point does a person cross the lines from doing a single breeding, mabee studing their dog, to being an actual breeder then from walking that grey line and falling over to puppy mill..
What determines these things?? Is it the amount of dogs you own?? Is it the amount of breedings you do in a year in relation to the number of dogs you own?? Is it breeding dogs with no papers?? Is it mabee just a personal opinion of people who are looking at what you are doing??
