Well Melody your last paragraph about respectable breeders kind of sums it up in my book. I have considered myself a hobby breeder but again it is not a hobby but a life work. I had my last litter three years ago and now this one which was sold before it ever came. It was a litter by request as old buyers asked about getting a second dog or replacing one that had passed. I still have those I could not accommodate and so perhaps a year from now I might breed again. I have one breedable female and two stud males, the rest are friends that have been with me since puppyhood and will live here all their lives. So what am I?? I am a happy person that lives with dogs.
